It was Room Transformation Day in Mrs. Gardner’s class! Students stepped into a pizzeria, where they explored unit fractions in a fun and engaging way. They partitioned their pizzas into equal parts, identified the fractions, and used division to determine the price of each slice. 🍕

Monday, March 3rd- Explorers: We will begin exploring our new book and our main character explores his home. Dress like an explorer! Tuesday, March 4th- Wild about Reading: We are wild about our new book. Wear your wildest or silliest outfit! Wednesday, March 5th- Wildlife: Roz saw and heard many animals on the island. Wear animal print or dress up like an animal today! Thursday, March 6th- Exercise: Roz ran, leaped, and jumped to escape the bears. Wear exercise clothes to school! Friday, March 7th- Camouflage: Roz learned to camouflage herself in order to survive. Dress in camouflage today!
