It was Room Transformation Day in Mrs. Gardner’s class! Students stepped into a pizzeria, where they explored unit fractions in a fun and engaging way. They partitioned their pizzas into equal parts, identified the fractions, and used division to determine the price of each slice. 🍕
Congratulations to Hippogriff for leading with the most points! To celebrate, all staff and students are encouraged to wear blue tomorrow!
Our Read-a-Thon is off to a fantastic start! So far, we’ve raised $1,485! Students can begin logging their reading minutes on Monday, March 3rd. Keep up the great work, and let’s keep the momentum going!

Thursday, March 6th- Exercise: Roz ran, leaped, and jumped to escape the bears. Wear exercise clothes to school!
Friday, March 7th- Camouflage: Roz learned to camouflage herself in order to survive. Dress in camouflage today!

1. Register your reader before March 3rd by scanning the QR code or using the take home sheet from your child’s teacher.

3. Join us in this exciting adventure including reading our One School - One Book together as a family! Together, we can foster a love for reading and support our school’s needs.

Today, Mrs. Gardner’s third grade math students kicked off their new unit on fractions! They had a blast exploring the concept by partitioning shapes into equal parts through a hands-on and engaging activity. Great job, third graders!
