National Jersey Day!

Our School Social Workers, Mrs. Meekins and Mrs. Pinder, had a wonderful time in Mrs. Blair’s Pre-K 4 classroom discussing emotions. The students identified various emotions and explored what they might need during those times. They also read the book “A Little Scribble Spot” and participated in a fun activity afterward!

Pegasus, Phoenix, and Dragon houses gathered for their House Family Night at Emily’s this evening! Families enjoyed fall crafts, pumpkin painting, the corn maze, and more. A huge thank you to Emily’s Produce for hosting us—we had a fantastic time!

Throughout the building, posters and encouraging messages from our Pegasus House staff and students filled the space. Students were also given the opportunity to visit an affirmation station to help boost their confidence. It was an incredible day! Thank you to the Pegasus House members for organizing such a fantastic day!

Today, first graders in Ms Leas’ class “brewed” some magic by revealing and reading words. In math, students worked together to solve addition and subtraction equations.

Third grade students in Mrs. Gardner’s math class designed their own skyscrapers, showcasing their understanding of arrays and the commutative property.
