What a wonderful time we had at our 1st Music & Movement for Mental Health event! Students and families from multiple schools came together to recharge by relaxing and stretching with Yoga and enjoying some cardio exercise with a fun Pound class — all while enjoying uplifting music that set the perfect tone. It was a great reminder of the importance of mindfulness, movement, and community. A fun and refreshing experience for all! 💫
