CASE Agriscience students got their hands dirty this week! We are learning about the components of soil and soil formation. Students were able to evaluate the textures of pure sand, silt, and clay, and then they were able to complete a ribbon test on 10 different samples of soil from local areas to determine the soil texture. It was a messy task, but we determined most of our soil samples were sandy loam or silty loam.

Congratulations to our October Students of the Month! They were nominated for their work ethic or professionalism.
