CASE students dissected chicken wings to identify different tissues found in animals. They removed epithelial tissues and compared skeletal and cardiac muscle tissue structure under a microscope. They also observed connective tissues such as bone, cartilage, tendons and ligaments and how those tissues aid in the movement of the limb.
