




Here are the weekly calendars for both Academic and Athletic Events. On Wednesday, there is a College Information night in the library. This coming Friday is fall picture day for all students. There are many sporting events, including a boys soccer game Monday, Golf at Hog Neck on Tuesday as well as Girls Varsity Soccer at Mardela. On Wednesday, the JV Football team plays at 5pm, Boys Soccer is at Colonel Richardson High School, and Cross Country is at Easton. Thursday, The Varsity Football team plays at James Bennett and the Girls Varsity Soccer plays Colonel Richardson at home.

Mr. Billy’s Bus 71 was a little quiet today, but tomorrow it’s sure to be buzzing with all of our students back in school!

12th Grade: 10:15 AM
AM DCTC students will all attend the 10:15 Town Hall.
Senior students with Work-Based Learning in their schedule must attend the Town Hall meeting to pick up the required paperwork.

Here are the bell schedules for the 2025-2026 school year. Each image includes the regular schedule, half-day schedule, or two-hour delay schedule for your convenience. Remember, on a regular day, the doors open at 7:30 a.m., and the first class starts at 7:50 a.m.



We are so excited for the first week of school for the 2025-2026 school year! Today, schools are closed in observance of Labor Day. Tuesday is the first day for freshmen students, and we will be holding our first Freshman Town Hall meeting. The seniors will be meeting at Great Marsh Park for their Senior Sunrise at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday is the first day for all CSD students.
Thursday kicks off our fall sports events. The golf team will be at Prospect Bay, the JV football team is at Kent Island High School, and the cross country team is at NDHS. Friday is our first varsity home football game versus Kent Island at 6 p.m. On Friday, the girls varsity soccer team has an away game at Kent County, and the boys varsity soccer team has a game at Kent Island.

Come out to receive a copy of your schedule, meet your teachers, and find your classrooms. You can even do a walkthrough of your first day of classes to help you feel prepared!
Clubs and sports representatives will also be available to answer any questions if you want to get involved.

Please note that students who did not turn in a device at the year, will still be assigned a new device if a form is signed. However, the bill for the unreturned device will stand until it is given back to IT.

Dorchester County Public Schools invites students, parents, teachers, and community members to provide feedback on a proposed update to our cell phone policy aimed at improving the learning environment in schools.
Over the past year, the district conducted a pilot program in select schools to test various approaches to cell phone use during the school day. The pilot provided valuable insights into what was needed to update the current policy.
