Today was “Orange Out”, honoring Miss Lizzi Cockey, Special Education teacher at Sandy Hill Elementary School, whose life was tragically cut short last month in a road traffic accident. Miss Cockey was a proud member of the Orange Hive at Sandy Hill, and we dressed in orange today to celebrate her life and contributions to SHES.
Join Sandy Hill Elementary and all of DCPS on Thursday June 6th in honoring Ms. Lizzi Cockey.
Dress in head-to-toe orange to help us celebrate her life and contributions to our students and schools.!
