We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mayor Lajan Cephas, former Mayor Victoria Stanley, and Mrs. Kierra Thomas Martinez, owner of Mrs. Martin’s Cookies, for volunteering their time to speak with our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders during our Making HERstory event!
Our students truly enjoyed hearing their inspiring success stories and learning more about your journeys. Their words encouraged our students to dream big and believe in themselves.
A very special shout out to Mrs. Higgins for organizing such a meaningful and empowering event for our school community—we appreciate all your hard work!

Mrs. Thibault’s third graders have been busy exploring fractions in fun and hands-on ways!
Students used playdough to build and identify fractions, helping them see and feel how parts make up a whole. Students also practiced placing fractions on a number line, strengthening their understanding of fraction size and how fractions relate to whole numbers.
Great work, Mrs. Thibault’s class! 🌟
