Maple Elementary

We will be having our Holiday Shoppe on December 13th. Students will be able to purchase gifts for family and friends using paw points, but we need your help to stock the store! We will be accepting donations of new and gently used items. No stuffed animals please. Donations can be dropped off at Maple from November 27th-December 8th. Thank you!

Top Point earners for the Griffin House decorating their holiday tree. These students have earned a combined total of almost 1,200 points. That's 1/6 of Griffin's total house points!!

Our 13th annual 🦃Turkey Trot 🦃was a huge success!! We had the most participation and money raised this year!! Big thanks to Mr. Daniels for organizing the event and all the Maple staff for their help!! Of course, we couldn’t do it without CSD XC and students! Due to the forecasted weather, the parade will be indoors. We will not be able to have families come in to watch, but we will post a video and pictures to Facebook!

Join us tomorrow for our annual Turkey Trot! Families are invited to come and cheer on our Maple Lions! Walk around the bus loop to get to where the race will be. Pre- K and Kindergarten- race starts at 1:20pm Grades 1 and 2- race starts at 1:55pm Grades 3,4, and 5- race starts at 2:30pm

Next week, Nov. 13-17, we will be celebrating American Education Week. Students do not have to wear a uniform if they are participating in the spirit week! Monday, November 13th- Wear Red, White, & Blue Tuesday, November 14th- Wear PJs to School, Family Reading Day (parents invited to school to read with students) Wednesday, November 15th- National I Love to Write Day- Wear a shirt with words (school-appropriate) Thursday, November 16th- National Button Day- Wear a shirt with buttons! Friday, November 17th- Mickey Mouse's Birthday - Wear Disney attire!
