Please join us in welcoming Mr. Raymond Broy as our new assistant principal for grades PreK3-2. Ms Beulah will be continuing her journey as assistant principal in another school in the county. We will miss her dearly and wish her nothing but the best in her new position.
Originally from North Carolina, I have spent 20 years in education, beginning my career as a 4th Grade Teacher. Most of my experience has been in middle school, where I taught Science and Math. Since 2018, I have been teaching at Maces Lane Middle School and became an Assistant Principal there in 2023. My goal has always been to inspire students and help them become the best they can be. I am passionate about supporting teachers in delivering their best lessons and making connections between real-world learning and educational standards.
Returning to elementary education feels like a full-circle moment for me, and I am excited to bring my love for education to Sandy Hill. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
Thank you once again for your support. I look forward to working with all of you!

Our 1st Annual Sneaker Ball was a huge success! Shout out to our amazing Community Liaison, Ms. Woolford, and all SHES staff who helped make this such a fun event for our Bees!
