Our Judy Center has received theInnovative Spirit Award of 2009.This award was for the development and implementation of the “Building Home Libraries” reading program. Director Marion Fisher developed this parent/child interactive program where families actually build libraries with books and other reading materials in their home. The Board of Education has approved a change in this year’s school calendar to use February 22 and 23 as regular instructional days rather than for professional development and parent conferences as originally planned. It is expected that teachers will contact the parents of students for whom a parent conference is warranted.
NDHS and NDMS have re-scheduled the 8th Grade Parent Information Night from Monday 2-8-10 to Thursday 2-11-10, 6PM at NDHS
